A 4-week AI bootcamp for small business owners

Install an AI Operating System for your business.

Most founders use AI as a smarter search box. In four weeks you build something different: an AI system that knows your business, runs your repetitive work, and stays yours. For founders who want a simpler business, not another full-time job.

Small cohorts of five, grouped by field · run by the founder of MosaLingua

Your business context should live in files you own, not inside scattered AI chats.

That one shift is the whole bootcamp. Once your AI works from a real memory of your business, every task gets faster, sharper and more like you. This is a system, not a pile of clever prompts.

The problem

You are busier than ever, and AI has not really fixed it.

You have tried the tools. They are impressive for a minute, then you are back to re-explaining your business in every chat. The issue is not the AI. It is that it has no memory of you.

Without a system

  • × AI lives in scattered chats that forget everything by tomorrow
  • × You re-explain your business from zero on every prompt
  • × Generic answers, because the tool has no idea who you are
  • × Your best processes stay locked in your head
  • × Each new tool is one more thing to learn and maintain

With your AI Operating System

  • AI works from files that hold your real business context
  • Every task starts with your business already loaded
  • Answers that sound like your business, because they are
  • Your processes written down once, run by AI on demand
  • One calm system you own, not a stack of subscriptions

What you build

Four weeks, four concrete steps.

Every week ends with something real built on your own business. No theory weeks, no homework that sits unused. You implement as you learn.

Week 1 01

Give your AI a memory

You build the foundation: a structured set of files that holds your business context. Who you are, what you sell, how you work, your projects and your people. From now on your AI starts every task already knowing your business.

You leave with: A working context vault you own.

Week 2 02

Turn how you work into instructions

We write your reusable agent instructions and your first three SOPs. The quiet knowledge in your head, the way you actually do things, becomes something an AI can follow correctly every single time.

You leave with: Agent instructions + 3 documented SOPs.

Week 3 03

Put three real workflows to work

No toy examples. You pick three jobs that eat your week, content, operations, sales or client work, and you build them with AI on your own real files until they run cleanly.

You leave with: 3 workflows running on your real business.

Week 4 04

Founder hackathon

In the final week you build one visible asset with the system: a new offer, a landing page, a client dashboard, a full SOP library. You leave with proof, not notes.

You leave with: 1 finished business asset.

The outcome

What is on your machine the day it ends.

1

A context system that is yours

Plain files on your machine. No platform lock-in, no vendor owning your business knowledge. It works with whichever AI tool you prefer, today and next year.

2

Three workflows that run

Real, repeatable jobs from your week, built and tested with you, ready to use the Monday after the bootcamp ends.

3

One finished business asset

Something visible you built in week four: an offer, a page, a dashboard, a process library. Proof the system works.

4

A starter vault to keep

The same template structure I use to run my own businesses, yours to grow from after the cohort.

My promise to you

Complete the core exercises and if you do not leave with a working AI system and three useful workflows, I refund you. The risk is mine, not yours.

The cohort

Five founders. One field. Live with me.

This is not a course you watch alone. Each cohort is capped at five people from a similar line of work, so the room actually understands your business.

That means the workflow another founder builds is one you can borrow almost as is. You learn from me, and just as much from the four people next to you. Small enough that I know exactly where every person is stuck.

A cohort is a good fit for

  • Solar installers, builders and trades
  • Coaches and independent practitioners
  • Online schools and course creators
  • Small agencies and service businesses
  • Health, wellbeing and care practices
  • Anyone running a lean team who feels like the bottleneck

Founder, software engineer, your guide

  • Founded and sold MosaLingua, a language-learning app used by millions
  • Ran a remote team of around 50, grew while automating heavily
  • Builds with AI agents on real business files every day

Who runs it

An operator, not an AI influencer.

I built a company, grew it with a small remote team and sold it. I know what it feels like to be the bottleneck in your own business, and I know which work is genuinely worth automating and which is not.

I am not an agency selling you a black box, and I am not here to sell hype. I teach the exact system I use to run my own projects, so that you walk away independent. No lock-in, no dependency on me.

My bias is simplicity: the 20 percent of setup that gives you 80 percent of the leverage. The goal is a calmer business with more of your time back, not a shinier set of tools.

Questions

Good things to ask first.

Do I need to be technical? +

No. If you can write a document and follow a checklist, you can do this. You will not write code. You will work with files and plain language, and I walk you through every step live.

Which AI tools do I need? +

Tools you likely already pay for, plus Obsidian, which is free. We set everything up together in the first session. You will not need an expensive new stack.

How much time per week? +

Plan for roughly three to five hours a week: one live cohort session plus your own implementation on real work. The point is that this time pays itself back almost immediately.

Why a cohort of only five? +

Because I group each cohort by field, so a coach learns next to coaches and an installer next to trades. Five people means real attention from me and workflows you can actually borrow from each other.

When does the next cohort start? +

The first beta cohort is running now. Join the waitlist and I will contact you personally with dates for the next group as it forms, matched to your field.

What does it cost? +

Pricing for the public cohorts is being finalised. Waitlist members hear it first and get the founding-cohort rate. There is no commitment in joining the list.

Stop learning AI. Install a working system.

Four weeks from now you could have an AI that knows your business and quietly runs the work you dread. That starts with one email.
